2012 Brain Freeze Chess Tournament

2012 Brain Freeze chess tournament was held on 1/14/2012. Over 140 chess players shown up at this tournament. Twenty one players from Dragon Chess Center represented the Dragon Chess Club team in five sections. Here are results of individual trophy winners:

Comments:

1. The overall results of Dragon Chess Center students are excellent. Dragon team won four team champions at Reserve, Elementary, K-3 non-rated, and 4-6 non-rated sections and we had huge lead over the second place teams in three sections.

2. Pratheek got a perfect score of 5.0 in rated Elementary section. His USCF rating jumped more than 200 points to 1034.
